Frequently asked questions

Absolutely! One of the great things about our service is that we offer two ways to order: 1) the weekly subscription meal plans which range from 6, 8, 10, 15, and 20 meals per week; 2) one-time “a la carte” orders. This second way is perfect for people who want to taste the meals before jumping on a consistent meal plan and is also great for large group orders such as for a sports team or an office.

Our meal plans are designed to provide you with consistent, quality nutrition delivered on a weekly basis. There are no contracts involved and you are able to change the size of your plan, the desired meals in your plan, and when you want to receive the meals at any point.

If you wish to change the size of your plan (ex: switch from 8 Meals per Week to 10 Meals per week):

  • Click on the “My Account” link in the top right corner of your browser.
  • Next, click on the “Subscriptions” tab.
  • Once the page loads, click on the dropdown arrow next to your plan and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “delete schedule” button.
  • Once your active subscription is deleted, navigate to the weekly meal plans section of the menu and select the desired plan and meals you wish to receive.

If you wish to change the meals in your current plan:

  • Click on the “My Account” link in the top right corner of your browser.
  • Next, click on the “Subscriptions” tab.
  • Once the page loads, click on the dropdown arrow next to your plan to view the meals in your plan.
  • Lastly, from there swap out whatever meals you wish to change and after all changes have been made, hit the “save” button at the bottom of the page.

Our ordering & delivery process is designed to be efficient and guarantees all our meals are fresh upon arrival. Order cut-offs are every Wednesday at 11:59 PM for delivery by the following Wednesday (note: most of our FL customers will receive their meals on Tuesdays). Once the order cut-off hits, that is when we order all of our ingredients and make sure nothing is ever frozen or artificially preserved. Chef Joe and his crew get to work on Saturdays/Sundays taking care of all the chopping, prepping, cooking and plating. Then on Monday morning, we ship everything out via UPS and the meals should arrive right to your door within 48 hours.

Team Meals strives to provide our customers with easy, delicious and nutritional meals along with phenomenal customer service. However, once the meals are in transit with our couriers, they are literally out of our hands and things such as damaged containers, delayed shipments or missing packages can happen. However, we’ve got your back as long as you can provide the following:

  • In the event of breakage:
    • E-mail our support inbox at support@myteammeals.com with a description of the incident.
    • Attach photos of all the broken containers (be sure to look closely at all the containers, we DO NOT want any of our customers to have a side of plastic with their meal).
    • Attach a photo of the tracking label on the package delivered to your home.
    • Be patient as someone from our team will contact you via phone or email as soon as we can!
  • In the event of spoilage/missing meals:
    • E-mail our support inbox at support@myteammeals.com with a description of the incident and the tracking number provided to you.
    • Be patient as someone from our team will contact you via phone or email as soon as we can!

No problem! No signature is required for our deliveries and all packages are well-insulated with enough dry ice to keep your meals chilled for an extended amount of time.

Our order deadlines are every Wednesday at 11:59 PM (EST) for the following Tuesday (FL residents) or Wednesday delivery.

Yes, we currently offer delivery to 16 states at a rate of $10, as well as 10 other states at a higher rate. Those 16 states include: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, MD, MS, NC, NJ, PA, SC, TN, VA, WV and also Washington, D.C.

Good question, by nature some of our meals may fit certain diet recommendations such as those listed above. However, we do not currently have any menu or menu items specifically designed to fit those molds. Besides who likes a “diet”? We believe in proper nutrition and that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your tastes for the sake of a healthy meal.

All of our meals are nutritionally balanced, and cooked with all-natural and clean ingredients. Whether you are looking to shred fat or stack on some lean muscle, our meals can help you achieve both! But just like any personal trainer or nutritionist would say to you, “diet and exercise go hand-in-hand, you can’t expect the results you’re looking for if you are doing one without the other!”
